Delivery of Services
You should always receive written confirmation when coverage is bound. If you do not receive such confirmation, please send us an email request and we will provide it.Coverage cannot be bound over the phone.
If payment is required before coverage can be bound, we will explicitly state this in writing. If payment terms are extended, we will state specifically when payment is due to avoid cancellation.
